Deleting your account

How to do it

In the app: Settings, then Delete account. On the website: log in, open Your account (your email at the top of the page), then Delete your account.

If you cannot log in, contact us using the details on our website from the email address on the account, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your login, your name and email address, your membership of every business, and the phones and browsers that get your booking alerts. This happens straight away.

The businesses you worked for keep their bookings and customers; changes you made stay in their history without your login. If you are the only owner of a business, close the business (its data is then deleted after 30 days) or make someone else the owner first.

Billing records of a business you owned are kept for six years for tax purposes.
