Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card needed. Before it ends, choose a plan. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan opens it again.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices are per month and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. There is no setup fee and no fee per booking.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down from the billing page at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, the app tells you what to reduce, such as staff or tables.
What happens if I go over my text allowance?
Messages that would go over it are sent by email instead when we have the customer's email address, and you see a warning in your settings. The allowance starts again on the 1st of each month.
