Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the Pro plan with no card needed. Before it ends, choose a plan. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan opens it again.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They book from your booking page in any browser with their name, mobile number and email, and manage the booking from the link in their confirmation.
How do reminders work?
Confirmations and reminders go by email. Turn on text messages and customers with a UK mobile get texts from your business name instead, within your plan's monthly allowance (25 a month during the trial). You choose up to three reminder times, from one hour to a week before.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices are per month and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. There is no setup fee and no fee per booking.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
How do you look after my customers' data?
Fabula is built for UK GDPR: you can download or erase a customer's data in a click, consent to marketing is recorded with each booking, and our data processing agreement is published on this site.
